Rebecca Uchill is an independent curator and PhD candidate at MIT, in the Department of Architecture’s History, Theory and Criticism of Art discipline group. Her research focuses on the institutional conditions for art production, display and dissemination. Uchill is co-founder of the cultural event production series Experience Economies, and has held curatorial positions at the List Visual Arts Center, the Indianapolis Museum of Art, and Mass MoCA. In fall of 2012, she will be developing her dissertation on Alexander Dorner as a visiting scholar at the Leibniz Universität Hannover, through a fellowship from the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst.
