A PARTIR DU 15 JUIN ET JUSQU’AU 15 SEPTEMBRE 2014, NOUS ATTENDONS VOS PROJETS POUR LE PRIX SAM POUR L’ART CONTEMPORAIN 2014.

Le Prix SAM pour l’Art Contemporain est organisé par SAM Art Projects, une initiative privée qui vise à promouvoir et défendre le travail d’artistes contemporains tout en favorisant les échanges culturels entre la scène artistique française et les scènes artistiques de pays qui ne soient ni l’Europe ni l’Amérique du Nord.

Le Prix SAM est attribué chaque année en décembre à un artiste résidant en France, travaillant dans le domaine des arts plastiques et visuels, et ce afin de confirmer sa notoriété et favoriser sa reconnaissance par les professionnels du monde de l’art en donnant plus de visibilité à son oeuvre et en l’aidant à acquérir un statut international.

Le Prix SAM est doté de 20 000 euros et s’accompagne d’une exposition au Palais de Tokyo.

Tous les modes d’expression et toutes les disciplines appartenant aux arts plastiques et visuels sont concernés par l’appel à projets : peinture, sculpture, installation, photographie, vidéo, etc.

Pour se porter candidat, l’artiste doit faire parvenir par e-mail à l’adresse prixsam2014@gmail.com avant le 15 septembre 2014 à minuit un dossier décrivant son projet.

SAM PRIZE 2014 : CALL FOR PROPOSALS

STARTING FROM JUNE 15 TO SEPTEMBER 15, 2014 WE AWAIT YOUR PROJECTS FOR THE 2014 SAM PRIZE FOR CONTEMPORARY ART.

The SAM Prize for Contemporary Art is organized by SAM Art Projects, a private initiative with the goal of promoting and defending contemporary artists, all along favouring the cultural exchange between the French artistic scene and artistic scenes of countries that are non-European and non North American.

The SAM Prize is attributed every year in December to an artist currently residing in France who works in the visual arts domain. The aim is to uphold the reputation of this artist and to augment his recognition by professionals of the art world by giving more exposure to his work and helping him to gain international stature.

The SAM Prize comes with 20,000 euros and an exhibition at the Palais de Tokyo, Paris.

All mediums of expression and all disciplines belonging to the visual arts are recognized by the prize : painting, sculpture, installations, photography, video, etc.

To apply, the candidate must send his application containing a description of his project to prixsam2014@gmail.com before midnight on September 15, 2014.
