2 Object of the contract
Contracting a project for a coordinator to draw up an artistic proposal for the participation of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands in the 54th Venice Visual Arts Biennale 2011 within the Eventi collaterali programme.

3 Processing and procedure
a) Processing: ordinary
b) Procedure: negotiated, in accordance with Article 158.d) of Law 30/2007, dated 30 October, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP) after previously processing a tender for projects governed by Article 168 et seq. of the LCSP.

4 Estimated value of contract

1,000 euros per participant at the Ideas phase (maximum five participants).
7,627.12 euros as fees for execution of the artistic project during 2010.
This estimated value of the contract does not include the sum of 7,627.12 euros (VAT not included) which, in accordance with clause fifteen, is established as fees for the development and direction of the winning artistic proposal during 2011.

5 Obtaining documentation
The conditions of the project tender are available on the website of the Institut Ramon Llull http://www.llull.cat

6 Presentation of bids.
6.a. deadline for presentation of bids: up to 12 h. on 30 August 2010.
6.b. documentation to be presented: the documents required in the ninth clause of the conditions of the project tender.
6.c. place of presentation: at the Barcelona offices of the Institut Ramon Llull: Carrer Diputació 279, planta baixa, 08007 Barcelona, Tel. 93 467 80 00 and fax 93 467 80 06.
6.d. opening hours: from 9 h. to 14 h.
Proposals may also be delivered by post within the term for acceptance. In this event, the date of presentation of the delivery at the post office must be given, and the remittance of the bid must be reported to the contracting body by telex, fax, email (licitacions@llull.cat) or telegram that same day.
